Product Use & Troubleshooting
How do I clean my wax melter?
- After pouring out the wax, fill the bucket with water (do not exceed the MAX limit).
- Turn on the melter and set it to 212°F (100°C) until the water boils.
- Add a small amount of citric acid or white vinegar to help break down residue.
- Stir the water, then wipe the inside with a cloth.
- Drain the water, dry with a towel, and store the melter once fully dry.
What if my wax melter’s spout gets clogged?
Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the spout and loosen any hardened wax.
What should I do if my melter won’t turn on?
- Check the wiring inside the bottom panel by removing the screws.
- If wiring is loose, reconnect it. If the power indicator light is broken, we will send a replacement.
- If no issues are found, record a video of the problem and send it to us for further assistance.
My melter isn’t heating properly—how can I fix this?
- Use a multimeter to check if the heating tube is working. If it’s burnt out, we’ll replace your unit.
- If the heating tube is fine, the thermostat may be faulty—we can send a replacement thermostat.
Why is my melter’s temperature slightly off?
- We recommend using a pen probe thermometer for the most accurate readings.
- Some temperature fluctuation is normal due to residual heat from the heating plate.
- If the variation is more than ±10°C (±18°F), send us a video of your test, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
