Wax

How much wax can this wax melter hold?

We offer 4 capacities:
• 1.5L (~1.3kg wax) — perfect for 2-4 candles
• 4L (~3.5kg) — ideal for 5-10 candles (most popular!)
• 10L Digital (~9kg) — great for 10-20 candles
• 30L Large (~27kg) — built for 20+ candles / commercial use

Who is this wax melter suitable for?

• 1.5L: Beginners, weekend crafters, small gifts
• 4L: Hobbyists scaling up, small Etsy shops
• 10L/15L Digital: Serious makers, small studios, workshops
• 30L: Commercial producers, candle brands, event suppliers

What is the temperature range of this wax melter?

Mechanical models: 104°F – 212°F (50°C – 100°C)
• Digital models (10L/15L): 122°F – 212°F (60°C – 100°C)
• 1.5L model: Fixed setting at 248°F (120°C) — optimized for quick, safe melting

How long does it take to melt wax?

Typically 30-60 mins depending on:
✓ Wax type & starting temp (solid vs. flakes)
✓ Fill level (don't overfill!)
✓ Ambient room temperature

What types of wax is this wax melter suitable for?

All models are compatible with soy, coconut, and beeswax. Only the 1.5L supports gel wax

How do I clean the wax melter?

After cutting off the power supply, use a heat gun to melt the remaining wax inside the wax melter, then wipe it with a damp cloth and a little alcohol. Finally, rinse it with clean water and dry it thoroughly.

How do I prevent wax from clogging the pour spout?

After each use, pour out any remaining wax. Regularly clean the spout while warm. If it gets clogged, use a hair dryer or heat gun to warm the spout for a few minutes until the wax flows out freely.

Can I leave unused wax inside the melter and remelt it next time?

Yes, but we do not recommend it. it will increase the risk of wax clogging the spout or heating core, especially if the wax cools, hardens, or contains fragrance oils and dyes.

What should I do if the bottom gets scorched accidentally?

Mix baking soda with water into a paste, apply it to the burnt area, let it sit for a while, then wipe with a damp cloth. Alternatively, mix white vinegar with water, spray it on the scorched spots, let it sit briefly, and wipe clean.

What should I do if the wax melter doesn’t heat up or won’t turn on?
