Unlocking Efficiency with ToAuto Wax Melters

Watch this video from Sebastian Garsnett, founder of Candle Business PRO and Garsnett Beacon Candle Co., as he breaks down the best features of ToAuto wax melters and how he uses them in all of his candle shop locations to streamline production and maximize efficiency

How it Works

How to clean

  1. Empty the Wax: After pouring out all the melted wax, make sure the melter is empty.
  2. Fill with Water: Add water to the bucket (do not exceed the MAX limit).
  3. Heat the Water: Turn on the power switch and set the temperature to 212°F (100°C). Let the water come to a boil, then turn off the power.
  4. Add Cleaning Solution: Mix in a small amount of citric acid or white vinegar to help break down wax residue.
  5. Scrub Gently: Using a wooden stick, stir the water and wipe the inside of the bucket with a cloth.
  6. Drain & Dry: Open the spout to drain the water completely, then wipe the inside with a dry towel.
  7. Store Properly: Once the inside is completely dry, close the lid and store your melter for next time.

Experiencing Inaccurate Temp. Readings

If your wax melter’s spout gets clogged, try this quick fix:

Apply Heat: Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up the spout. This will loosen any hardened wax and get it flowing again.

Be Patient: Allow the heat to work for a few moments before testing the flow.

Prevent Future Clogs: After each use, make sure to fully drain the wax and wipe the spout clean to avoid buildup.

⚠️ Safety Tip: Always use caution when applying heat to avoid burns. Wear heat-resistant gloves if needed.

Check Internal Wiring:
Remove the screws at the bottom of the machine. Inspect the wiring to see if anything is disconnected or loose. If so, carefully reconnect it.
Inspect the Power Indicator Light:
If the wiring appears normal, check if the power indicator light’s wiring is loose or disconnected. If loose, reconnect it.
Still Not Working?
If you don’t find any issues, record a video showing the machine not turning on and your inspection process.
Send it to us, and we will provide further assistance.

Experiencing Inaccurate Temp. Readings

Use a Reliable Thermometer:

For the most accurate readings, we recommend using a pen probe thermometer instead of relying solely on the built-in display.

Understand Normal Variations:
Some temperature fluctuation is completely normal.
Once the set temperature is reached, the residual heat from the heating plate may cause the wax to continue warming slightly.
Allow 5 minutes before measuring the temperature for the most stable reading. A variation of ±18°F (±10°C) is within the expected range.Need Assistance? Contact us anytime for troubleshooting help!

Unable to heat

1. Please use a multi meter to measure whether the heating tube is burnt out. If burned out, we will send you
a new machine. Please keep the test video and send it to us.

2. If the heating tube is all OK, it means the thermostat is damaged, and we will send you a new thermostat. If you can't replace the thermostat, please keep the test video and we will send you a new machine.
