What size wax melter do I need?

For beginners making a few candles at a time, start with the 1.5L wax melter. Growing businesses typically move to 8L-10L. See our full size comparison chart.

How long does a wax melter take to heat up?

Most ToAuto melters reach working temperature in 15-30 minutes depending on capacity and wax type. Smaller 1.5L units heat faster; 30L+ units take longer but hold more wax.

Can I use soy wax and paraffin?

Yes. ToAuto wax melters support soy, paraffin, coconut blends and most candle waxes. Use the temperature control to match your wax supplier's recommended melt point.

Do wax melters have a pour spout?

Most ToAuto models include an integrated heating spout and/or bottom drainage for controlled pouring without lifting the pot.

What voltage do I need?

US models are 110V. Select 12L and export models may support 110V/220V dual voltage - check the product page before ordering.

How do I clean a wax melter?

Allow the unit to cool, remove leftover wax while slightly warm, and wipe the interior with a soft cloth. Do not submerge the unit in water.
