Does the product come with a warranty? What if it breaks?

Every wax melter comes with a 1-year limited warranty. If there is any quality issue, simply provide your order number and photos and we will quickly handle it (repair, replacement, or refund). We have been trusted by 150,000+ candle makers for over 14 years.
Is payment secure? Will my card be safe?

100% secure! We use Shopify’s secure checkout system, supporting Shop Pay, Apple Pay, credit cards, and more. All payment information is encrypted and PCI DSS compliant. We have never had a payment security issue.
How do I track my order and what is your after-sales support like?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email (via DHL, UPS, etc.). Any questions? Contact us at service@toautotool.com within 24 hours — our team is ready to help with capacity issues or anything else.
Can I cancel or change my order after checkout?

Yes. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can cancel or modify it by contacting us immediately at service@toautotool.com. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still return the item within 14 days.
What if my melter arrives damaged or defective?

We stand behind every product. If your melter arrives damaged or doesn’t work, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How will I know the status of my order?

You will receive real-time updates via email at every step: order confirmation, processing, and shipping. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
